It is has been way to long since I've logged on here. Been working way too much and I've gained two pounds since my last update. But still less weight then when I originally joined Sparks. <BR> <BR> So - my question for everyone is - do you currently work a lot of hours? If so - how do you deal with it? It has been a little while since I've checked in here. Still trying to lose weight and realized that I was falling off track again. Logging in does help make me consistent. The problem is that I love to eat and need to find more time to exercise. I've been working too much - have a sit down job. I seem to get to one area on the scale and then it doesn't want to decrease. Instead of losing a few more pounds, I seem to gain 2-3 from time to time. I would really like to lose at least 10 lbs.
