I've kept up with exercising and staying active but not at the level I was before (which was a minimum of 1 hour heavy exercise daily). So I've gained a little weight. Not to mention when I was married, my husband was the cook of the family. No one could cook as well as him! Even fine dining restaurants didn't make food taste as good as he could.
