If not, I'll sit down and eat and eat and eat. . The fitbit is really helping my motivation. Even if it isn't full workouts, I'm taking more and more steps everyday! The hardest healthy habit for me to stick with is.. <BR> Drum roll... ... <BR> <BR> Eating healthy. What I eat and limiting how much I eat are soo hard for me to do well at. After 3 days I had to go to the doctor because the pain was so bad all I wanted to do was sleep. I have been laying very low and the pain now is mostly gone! It was so easy to point the finger, but I have decided that even though I was with him whenever we went out to eat he never made me choose what to eat or how much to eat- that was all me. Very bad personal experience there. I like to have a serving of cereal one to two hours before I workout. My family is constantly making unhealthy foods and making poor choices at the grocery store.
