I have listened to what my body is telling me and it is paying off. What my body says is it needs less of the 'bad" carbs and more exercise. I've started eating healthy again & also working out at home and will be returning to the gym by the beginning of next week. <BR> <BR> One thing I want to do is to be more consistent with my tracking and to become active again on my Spark groups.
