I have listened to what my body is telling me and it is paying off. What my body says is it needs less of the 'bad" carbs and more exercise. I have returned to a carb controlled diet and am back to working out a minimum of 30 minutes several days/per week. I've started eating healthy again & also working out at home and will be returning to the gym by the beginning of next week. <BR> <BR> One thing I want to do is to be more consistent with my tracking and to become active again on my Spark groups.
