Thu, 16 May 2013 09:10:08 EST barely broke a sweat Well this morning I did Jillian micheals ripped on 30 level 2 and didn't hardly sweat or feel it. I did drink a cup of coffee before hand. I wonder did it give me energy or what because usually I do one of her workouts and about half way through I'm talking to the TV dripping sweat telling miss Jillian to shut up. Otherwise I have been working out for a few weeks now I may be getting stronger amd need to amp up my intensity. And my favorite I walked to my dads and he may only live 7 blocks away but there are some serious hills plus I had a stroller with 3 kids. It was there and back. And I paid attention to my food. Of course I don't have the money for a tummy tuck and would never really do it however I've read that a tummy tuck is the only way to tighten the skin on your stomach. I don't have a huge over lapping skin flab. But it looks like I have a wrinkle going down from my bellybutton. Its only really noticeable when I lean forward. Sun, 5 May 2013 12:35:27 EST i confess i foget. I forget quite often it seems to track my workouts on my spark page honestly I tract more on my home calendar and notebook. I really like spark more for the occasional blog and to read other people's blog as I find them motivating. Is it just me? Maybe I should track better but the only way I have to get on is my phone and bad reception. And my old fashion method of trackking seems to work better for me. So yeah I confess I don't use my tracking device much :/ Thu, 2 May 2013 22:42:50 EST starting a routine and goal system Tomorrow I start my goals and routine and reward system. Every month I have to workout mon-fri at least 10 minutes at LEAST 10 min. Every month I make my goal. I check my workout DVD wish list and at the beginning of the new year I get a new DVD. And I want as many new DVDs for the new year as I can get! Not to mention the energy ill get from my morning workout and possible body improvement. So lets do it. I did my Jillian Michaels workout. Sweat through it and didn't stop! Then went on to do a butt target workout from Stephanie Vitorono's body target 60 . I feel amazing! Months ago when I tried to start working out again I couldn't huff and puff my way through my workout without stopping today I went hard. Now to get my yoga on when the kids go to sleep.I hope tomorrow is just as will be. BTW I know not many people will read my blog...if any:)... I had more from Jillian at one point but from moving around I lost 2 of my DVDs. I have a simple goal. Workout everyday. Push myself and give it everything I got. Also. I wont be dieting.
