I had not taken care of myself for at least a year and then, in December and early January, I came down with a bad case of pneumonia. I was so tired, I didn't think I'd ever have energy again. Then I got an email from Spark Guy inviting me to join a Spark Team called Small Goals Commitment Challenge. I read all about it and thought, maybe I can become healthy again with this Team. I made very small goals and worked on one at a time. At first, I could only manage about 2 minutes of cardio... After that I felt very little. I had to have some of my skin removed twice as the first go around didn't get all of the cancer cells.
