Not bad, I feared that I would of gained more than I did. Now it's back to the treadmill, elliptical, and eating the right foods. I did eat hamburgers, munchies that I thought were out of my life for good, and also forgot a couple of days of cardio. I am, however, anxious to get back on track with the SP and continue on my journey to weight loss and a healthier me!!! Today is the first day back....... Well, I have lost weight, though not as much as I really wanted to or could have.... I think that if I really look back I could have done better. I could have taken more time on the stretching, not my favorite thing, and could of even spent more time on the cardio workouts..... On that subject, I think in the future I will try and add more effort into my workouts...... ...
