My exercise strategy was ruined a month ago (even longer I guess) because my Elliptical Trainer broke off and was the only equipment I like to use to do my Cardio minutes. I tried to fixed but it didn’t work…. So frustrated…. <BR> <BR> Then my wife and I decided we need almost a professional one, not a “cereal box elliptical as we called”…. So we start looking for one…. And we found one a LIFE FITNESS CLUB SERIES…. It was expensive, but we think we just can’t get another one that will break ... Sat, 31 Jul 2010 22:12:54 EST Jump rope……. Not so easy…. When my elliptical machine broke off (again) I guess thata maybe some jump rope could help me to be on track. <BR> <BR> “OH MY GOD” I tried yesterday and today I almost can’t move, my legs hurt, my right calf is in pain, and not comments on my lower back pain also…. <BR> <BR> So I guess it will help me o get on track, but it’s going to be hard, any way how says loosing weight without some pain is funny….jajajaja <BR> <BR> Whish me luck, today I’m resting. It has been a 2week journal and I'm very satisfied and motivated.
