I am irrated with myself. I have finally made the plan to get back into a healthy eating routine. I went out and spent and extra 70 on food for the week that was healthy with the justification that it would be put to good use and it is good to invest in health. However i just binged. Ew... I am literally grossed out that i wasted my efforts I made this week. I just want to be back on track and feel confident about my choices and be in control of the food decisions I make. Ick... Today I rode the bike for 33 minutes and did the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. I followed it with an ab workout and 40 lunges. I realized that I don't have organized workouts and that is what led me to develop tendentious. I should start having regular and planned workouts instead of spontaneously working too hard! Getting back on track and pumped for 365 days of greatness! Today started out with 30 minutes on the stationary bike and 4 sets of 2 min run x 1 min walk. I followed it by 17 minutes of walking.
