I felt so hungry when I got home from work so I am going to try something new tomorrow. I am going eat a small lunch around 11 and then another small lunch around 2 and see if that helps. <BR> <BR> I feel like I'm getting really distracted by social media and am having trouble focusing on my work throughout the day. I my email and facebook too many times and it is really distracting. I'm going to try and only log onto facebook for 20 minutes in the evening and no... Wed, 5 Oct 2016 20:35:38 EST Tracking Food I was able to track everything I ate today and I am feeling more in control of my weight loss. It definitely helps to track and not guess that I'm eating the appropriate amount of food. I've been doing well eating whole foods but I was still eating too much so I was not losing weight. Now that I've made it through a day tracking I can begin to adjust the amount of food that I eat.
