If I eat too many different foods it becomes unweildy. How do others handle this? Writing them out is also time consuming. I like how the nutrition spark page figures out how many units of each nutrient you have consumed. I never thought about the totals over the course of the day....and as I write them in I can actually see the important... As the water seeps into the earth, the smell is musty and warm......soon small sprites of green are pushing up through soil.......I can hear the robins...and feel the warm spring breeze on my face.....................now I feel alive........and like moving, walking, exercising......now I feel alive............
