Well, I'm not sure that I have every detail worked out, but I may be over-analyzing it (chronic problem of mine). There's a sheet where I track my calorie burn and total it... and I think the goal is 2500 calories per week. It's another chilly and sunny morning in the Twin Cities. I decided that Mat Pilates wasn't what I wanted to do this AM, so I tried another elliptical machine (that's at least three unique machines that I've found) at the Y.
