I don't know why but it's resulting in me not doing very well with my food intakes, exercise, ect. I'm trying to pull myself out of this funk. I went and bought myself some new workout gear to motivate myself. I did pretty well today calorie-wise. I'm going to continue to try my best to stay on track. Have a good night everyone. He made himself one with summer sausage, cheese, and mayo and I guess he made me one too. I know he was trying to be helpful but we don't eat the same and I have a hard time saying anything because I don't want to come off as a bia. First of all…grapefruit protein shakes are disgusting. Yesterday I foolishly thought it would taste good and I was mistaken. I didn't get all my food logged yesterday because I was sick. I went to work and made it through the day but then I came home and slept for 10 hours. I didn't get a workout in. <BR> I feel better today. I didn't do horrible on my food and I made it to boxing and walked my dogs. I had a much better day overall than yesterday and I hope that I keep feeling better. <img ... Wed, 18 Dec 2013 23:12:28 EST 11-16-13 I feel like I'm back on track! Work wasn't too bad for a Monday. It was less stressful than I anticipated. I went boxing for the 3rd day in a row. I'm so sore now! I took my pups for a walk tonight. I stayed within my calorie range. I'm pretty happy with today! Mon, 16 Dec 2013 23:13:13 EST Small changes I did not do so well yesterday. I went boxing and then had a Christmas party and it all went downhill from there. I drank too much. I ate too much. I felt really bad this morning when I got up. But I went boxing. When I went to a mexican place for lunch with my family I did not order any margaritas. That was my big step for today. Normally I would have ordered one to two so I save a ton of calories. I was able to get all my errands done. I even fit in a leg workout. We are supposed to have bad weather tomorrow so my boxing class got canceled for tomorrow but I'm hoping to get there in the afternoon. I have a christmas party I have to go to and I'm going to try my best to keep my eating in line. Sat, 14 Dec 2013 00:01:15 EST 12-12-13 I had an ok day. I did not eat the cinnamon rolls that someone brought in to work today. I tried to keep my stress levels low. I didn't snack and I tried not to overeat. I worked out a little bit too. I stayed busy at work today and was even given additional responsibilities. I got 100% on my lab project. I received scholastic honors for the spring semester. I got in a circuit workout and walk. I found out I was shorter than I thought by an inch and a half. I've lost 11 pounds since last year! Everything else was normal. I had to have a blood draw but that was for a school project. I went to work afterwards and had a good talk with my new manager and coworkers. I had my first test tonight in my nutritional assessment class. It started with my cat spilling coffee all over the counters and floor, me getting burned, and then almost running late for work. I made it on time though!
