A year gone by since my last blog and I'm one pound away from the goal I set on it. Either way... My weight from Halloween through Christmas shot up to 159-160 and I managed to lose 10 pounds putting me back to 149-150. February is hard too with it being my birthday and all. Everyone just keeps feeding me candy, cakes, and my favorite foods. This is when I fall off the wagon. Not this time. I'm already more than half way through the month and I'm sticking to it. My body can no longer have babies so I will not have to worry about losing 5 to 10 pounds only to get knocked up and wait 10 months and then come to find my weight all came back and then some. My body is now all mine. I don't live in a tiny apartment with no room to workout. I have a full functioning kitchen to make healthy meals. Mon, 7 Feb 2011 10:27:51 EST Must lower the fats! After putting in my calories for almost two weeks I had learned what was causing weight gain and what is keeping me in a plateau. First after being put on a drink 8oz fluid plan I started drinking flavored water that has only 5cals per cup instead of the juice (40-80cals per cup) or the cans of pop (140-190cals per can). It's made with grapes, short grain white rice dyed pink, sliced chicken breast, slice hard boiled egg that was shaped into a heart though not as noticeable as I'd like it to be, Bell pepper(red,yellow&orange) cut into tulip flower tops with nori (seaweed wrap) cut into stems. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or maybe it is just my diet as a whole that is wrong, but I can't seem to really ever meet my protein levels on my nutrition goals.
