I am not 100%, but I feel A LOT better. My temp. seems to have stabilized. It is at 99.4 without Tylenol, down from 103. <BR> <BR> Needless to say, I haven't been able to work out or go to work for the last 5 days. But ... I've lost about 3 1/2 pounds in that time due to the sickness. <BR> <BR> I have faith that I will be all better by tomorrow. Looking forward to getting back to my exercise. I still need to work harder on my nutritional plan. I am seeing more definition on my sides and arms. More importantly, I have been feeling a tiny bit more comfortable about myself. I didn't feel such a emphasized need to tug at my clothing and was sitting more naturally when I met a couple people for cocktails last night. I think tom. will be a good day for low intensity exercise. I have had shin splints before and I am not interested in having them again. Plus the upper thigh muscle in my left leg is tight. I am thinking for tomorrows exercise I will put in an hour of walking in the gym along with the team non stop goals.
