I went to bed at 8:45pm and was wide awake by 1:00am. I got up because I did not want to stop by DH from sleeping. I had 24 oz of lemon wafer and brewed me some green tea. I logged on to work to get caught up on my e-mail and found all sorts of issued that needed to be worked on. MY DH had blood work test for his annual physical so he drank too much water and was up every hour so at 1:00pm I got up because I hoped to get some more sleep on the couch but that was not to be. I tossed and turned until i finally got up. I did my normal routine of 16 oz of lemon water, jogged for 20 minutes and then had some green tea while i caught up on some SP and reading hoping that would make me tired but it did not.
