Fri, 1 Feb 2013 20:08:23 EST Week 5 - Non stop Well this past week was a blur.. since last weigh in I saw my daughter sing the national anthem at the Houston Rockets game. I saw her also celebrate her 17th birthday. Two days later I was back on a plane to Hawaii where I would meet two of my best friends. After a 14 hour travel day on Saturday we attended the Pro Bowl Sunday. It was an awesome game and since they are saying this may be the last one ever I am so thankful to have been able to go. I tried to eat on plan but didn't eat perfect. I even had a night out with the coworkers. Even with a 7.5 hour flight I was able to pull off a pretty awesome week. I have had more success using the things I have learned here than I ever thought I would. I am 100 pounds lighter than my heaviest weight and it feels really good. However I am not done yet.
