I felt so good today after I was done with my 6 jogging/walking intervals that I threw in an extra interval (2.5 minute jog) before my cooldown. And I actually remembered to stretch before and after, though I know I didn't do enough stretching. Actually, I'm kinda lost in that regard - I need to check out some more stretches. I only skipped ONE (#5) of the jogging intervals instead of two (#3 & #6). It may have helped that we only did a 1 minute brisk warm up walk at the beginning instead of 5 minutes. We just moved it to the end, basically. Still did 2 miles total.
