I am back to feeling bad. Now with both knees hurting. I want to cry but I am staying strong. I am changing up my diet. Eating better and more smoothies with hemp seeds and strawberries and blue berries. Pineapple too. Also adding ginger and termeric. Hopefully will help. I don't hurt much sitting. It was a size I used to wear a awhile ago and I thought it was my size now. I tried it on when I got home and it's way too big. !! And too long. ! Like most bigger sizes they make them longer. First I over used my knee with yard work and then sitting on my leg ( bad habit) so now it hurts. Also have on going things going on with tyroid nodule on both sides of my throat. I have to confess that when I lost weight before I wasn't really sure how much I weighed since I didn't have a scale. So I just guessed. Also after I lost the weight I thought I could go back to eating bad stuff so slowly I gained back the weight. ! Not good. So when I finally got health insurance they weighed me and I was 230! I didn't always look what I weighed but couldn't believe I gained so much more back. I tho I prob was at 240 before going to the doctors. So now down to 217 I am feeli... Mon, 23 Jun 2014 08:38:50 EST Learning what I need to do. ! ;) Went to doctor about my stomach. Was gastric problem cause I was doing the raw apple cider vinegar too much and green tea too. So that really affected my stomach. So got meds and feeling much better. Also have restless legs and kept me awake at night. Not good so got meds for that and is helping a lot ! So now working out more. Did so much the other day I am sore. But I am walking every day even hubby is walking on his days off with me. !! So walking plus weights and other exercises is real... With taking a lump out of my chest and it wasn't cancer good thing. To getting my thyroid checked cause I have 2 more nodules on the other side of the other one. Got poked 3 times so hopefully find out that isn't cancer but I know my doctor wants to take them out. Me I don't want to. I don't have any problems swallowing or breathing and didn't even know they were there. So I just might wait unless it's cancer. We'll see. Got treadmill work out the other day. Ran and walked using program on treadmill so I could go up and down hills but control the speed.
