I finally got on my husband's exercise bike for 8 minutes before bed just so I could say I haven't really skipped a day without doing some exercise, but I know what I did was only for consistency, not for my heart. <BR> <BR> Today I went out and just walked. Fri, 16 Aug 2013 00:18:56 EST pre-tracking again I Pre-tracked my food last night, making sure I put in 5 fruits and veggies. I ended up working through lunch and going to a class (where fortunately no one ordered a pizza for us to share, as often has been done) so ended up eating 3 fiber one bars in one day (I knew if I stopped for fast food I would make a poor choice and I keep the bars in my trunk) so I only got in 4 of the fruits/veggies, but I made good choices and I feel good about the day.
