I have outpatient surgery next week, and the appointment was my consultation. The scale didn't move from my last visit, but my blood pressure was the lowest it's been in more than five years, 117/76. I was surprised. I don't have a lot of weight to lose compared to some people, and by blood pressure rises under stress even though I exercise and eat a healthy diet. My waist finally hit 29 inches after changing my workout. I managed this despite a lot of personal stresses. I missed my weigh loss goal by 10 lbs.; however, I lost 5 inches on my waist and 5 inches on my hips. I saw my old butt again. I made homemade chili with lean ground meat. I did have a cup of hot cocoa with two marshmallows. Ah! The warmth of a hot drink. Sat, 3 Dec 2011 22:54:31 EST Went up a level today Yay.
