CICCIA_BELLA's SparkPeople Blog CICCIA_BELLA's Blog on SparkPeople, home of free diet plans and a healthy living community July 31st Weigh-In I was hoping to be weighing in at 140 lbs by today.
I'm not far off, but there is two whole pounds standing in between me and reaching my goal. I think that I really need to start focusing on the working out - not just on the being more conscious of the food I put into my mouth.
To be on track for my goal to be 130 by August 31st, I need to lose 12 lbs in the next 4 weeks. That's 3 lbs a week.
How am I going to accomplish this?
Cut out soda (I've been drinking way too mu... Talk about depressing.

The good thing is that it gave me the kick in the pants to get started.

Starting Monday of this week, I've been doing really well. I've been watching what I've been eating more. I've also started measuri... Thu, 19 Jul 2012 13:58:33 EST Day One When I was 19 I weighed 116 lbs and could eat whatever I liked.
At 26, I'm almost 30 lbs heavier and my metabolism crashed somewhere along the way. Unfortunately, I didn't seem to stop eating, or learn to make healthier choices, and have struggled to stay in shape. I joined a gym and paid $40/month for a membership I wasn't using. My goal number and deadlines changed costantly.
But, with our hopes of starting a family - I want to be in the best shape possible - not only to help h... Tue, 26 Jun 2012 16:31:37 EST
