I work at a Doctor's office and December is the worst month because our patient and reps love so much we are spoiled with all kinds of gooooooddddiiieees. Trying to stay focus but it sure is hard. Keep weighing myself and no change. I guess I a burning only the calories that I am taking in. As long as it doesn't go up I guess its okay for the month. Lately he has not given me attention I am seeking. Today I died my hair made myself up in the hopes of him noticing. (May he just doesn't mention good comments to me) I felt really bad so I went out to eat with him and ordered an appetizer and then an avocado burger and fries. Felt so low that I even had a regular soda. I feel like I let myself down. I know that I have to control that kind of e... Now Thanksgiving meals and eating out have thrown me off... Very scared to weigh myself but I need to get back on track. Tomorrow I will start with the five mile a day goal and take it from there.
