They are going back to school tomorrow. I will able to get back on track with exercise. They only need something when I am doing something. I love my little busy bodies. I have some medical issues that cause a constant pain in my side but besides that I am feeling good; like more confident. I have been sticking to eating healthy. I feel like I can tackle all the things on my "to-do list". I have been pushing off doing things forever now. I have just been going full force the last couple of days. I am confident that I can continue eating healthy and getting fit (my healthy depends on it) and that I can accomplish this HUGE organiz... Last two days I have been doing 20 minutes on my elliptical dispite the pain and discomfort. But I feel good about myself. I can't let pain hold me back. I have made up my mind. Luckily I have a group of friends that are trying to lose weight as well. We motivate each other. It's a great added support group. So between SparkPeople and my friends I have best support group ever <em>104</em> Tue, 23 Jul 2013 22:14:32 EST I did it!! I've been dealing with pain in my hip and my shoulder. Has been limiting my exercise. I attempted to use my elliptical machine the other day and after 5 minutes my shoulder was killing me. Yesterday went for bike ride with my kids and did okay until towards the end my shoulder started hurting. Got half hour of riding in. Today I was able to do 20 minutes on the elliptical keeping my hands on the bar that checks your pulse. 15 minutes into it my hip started hurting but I pushed for another 5 m... Mon, 22 Jul 2013 11:30:22 EST Pain has been limiting my workouts I start PT next week for my shoulder and my hip. Went to the doctors yesterday and was worried I might have gained weight from limited mobility. Nope still maintaining the weight I lost. THANK GOODNESS!! I do what I can until hip hurts then I rest. Feels like more rest than exercise. Eating right does help alot. Going to keep going. I am now on week 3 and have not even thought about giving up. I am determined to get healthy. May not see much difference on the scale but I feel different... Have double ear infection and really wasn't feeling up to working out at all. Told myself that I'm not going to lose this weight making excuses. So I did 4 of my bootcamp videos and I feel so much better. Ears are still killing but I just feel so good about myself for not giving in to the "I'll just do it tomorrow" mind set I have gotten in the past. That's what got me where I am today. Went to Letchworth State Park today with my husband, my kids and my brother inlaw and niece. We hiked for about 5 hours. It was great. The kids did really good. They wanted to keep going and there were alot of stairs. Like hundreds and hundreds lol. So good to get the family out and moving. <em>104</em> Sun, 26 May 2013 22:36:38 EST Week 2 day 2 of Spring into Shape Bootcamp Challenge. I'm into my second week of this challenge. weighed myself the last day of the 1st week and lost 2 lbs. It feels good to see the scale go down instead of up. Makes me even more motivated. One excuse that I tend to say often about why I cant excersise that day is "The kids". Usually their climbing on me if its something on the floor or taking the weights. But Ive figured out how to avoid that. Do a ten minute workout while their outside. Anything longer than 10 minutes and they'll be back in before I'm done. Very happy with that. That's even more motivation to work even harder. My husband came home yesterday with an Eliptical Trainer for me. He said it was my early V-day present. I was so excited. I watched biggest loser and worked out.
