So I am happily going about getting on with my goal of losing 2 dress sizes by Christmas and decided today was a good day to go through my wardrobe and get rid of some of those "comfy" clothes. <BR> <BR> So out came the clothes recycling bag and away I went with the same ruthlessness I apply to my exercise.. no excuses. He was 17 and really frail, poor Jacque was so upset understandably. I hate having to do this, although I know it is the best thing to do for him it is so tough on us. So we actaully did our <em>192</em> last night (appears I can't count) and <em>244</em> I lost 1.6 kgs or 3.5 lbs either way, yeehaa. <BR> <BR> But I didn't slack off and I got up at 5am this morning to do the Body Combat class at 6.30am which was awesome. AND Mish is actually a girl not a thing which was another thing I got wrong. <BR> <BR> But, I particpated with the team and everyone was so cool and Mish was really encouraging and went through the circuit with me for the whole hour. I am really proud that I completed it. I am going to be a bit stiff and sore tomorrow but I'll survive. Then back to it again on Wednesday. <em>321</em>...
