I had a good 40 minutes on the Arc (kind of like an elliptical) my legs felt like jello when I stepped off! I increased my incline and intensity. I am happy with how I did. I had a lot to do today and thought I would get to do my training this afternoon, only I didn’t get to. I came really close to just saying I would just do it tomorrow, however that really is not a good thing when you are only in the first week of a five week program. Today was a cross training day so I went to Zumbatoning. I realized that when I was getting ready for Zumbatoning that I could feel the work I did yesterday in my thighs. I have to say this brought a smile to my face and it makes me happy that tomorrow is a rest day. <BR> <BR> I shared my goal with my Zumba instructor and class mates.
