I'm starting to gain in confidence finally since losing weight.. I know my husband is my friend but when it comes to weight loss, I need a new friend...He has always been against my weight loss efforts. I would go on a diet and he would go out and buy danish, donuts and cake..I am going to learn how to handle him and then maybe I can lose this weight..If I stress about it I will gain in the tummy, and guess how I know ? I need to relax and think about this and what I can do about it..Gonna be working on it ! <BR> Sat, 16 Feb 2013 20:47:34 EST Much needed I was listening to a video on sparkpeople today and learned something I needed to learn...I learned that its harder to get weight off if you have gotten far away from your normal weight and also the longer you stay overweight the harder also...I'm happy to have learned this and maybe now I can tell my self that its gonna be hard, work is involved...Because sometimes I think after a week or two I should be finished...I need to face the fact that this is gonna be hard and prepare mysellf to wo... I have worked hard and now I feel like a detective and I've cracked this case..But its becoming easier to stay on my diet now , I have proof --I lost about 8 lbs...It really is becoming an adventure and I'm starting to love the challenge.....
