Mon, 20 Jun 2011 16:09:57 EST Mom's passing My mom passed away June 19th, 2010 so i was away for awhile regrouping over my loss. My mother was very dear to me and her death was sudden. She died of congestive heart failure and had an enlarged heart per the medical examiner. Mom never liked going to the doc even after we tried to take her. She hid her illness well. I miss her so very much and she will be missed, but NEVER forgotten. She was only 57 years old. This has really alerted me even more to take care of my health and to strive ev... It was not too bad during the week, but the weekends wreck havoc. We got to take the kids to the fair so that didn't help :P Hard to pass up those wonderful smells. Sun, 14 Dec 2008 20:52:15 EST Gaining strength and MOMENTUM! So after a month of doing the Scivation Lean mass diet, i'm feeling pretty pumped and my strength has really increased! I have had new PRs (personal records) in the gym and LOVING IT! I can tell that my upper body is really taking shape, a area that used to seriously lack muscle. No gym for me yesterday, it was a bit strange. My sis and I workout together and we just decided to take it off.
