IT is so HELPFUL! Between that and how easy it is to add and track food/calories this is just becoming easier to lose weight and get fit. The more things on my side and the less excuses, looking into getting that scale that has wifi and links up to this as well. I have burned almost my whole months goal of calories so far and I'm not stopping there:). Everyday for lunch at work I always buy a fruit cup, so I get my fruit servings, and low cal in... Tue, 5 Nov 2013 02:31:35 EST So it's been a while... My computer has been broken, and I just got a new one. Without this site and support I have had a REALLY HARD time staying on track. But despite that I have lost 5 pounds!!!!!!!! And better yet I have kept them off :). I am now able to get back on here everyday and will be able to keep myself on track easier with SP! Sat, 31 Aug 2013 20:35:36 EST My monday SO FAR! Today is AMAZING! It is 8 AM here and I have just worked out for a total of 2 hours SO FAR! My workout this morning has consisted of 3 workout videos on here, a dance workout, a core workout <em>322</em> , and a Pilates workout! I FEEL THE BURN and it is GREAT!! I also walked <em>311</em> a mile before. Burning a total of 454 calories!! That is half my weekly on a MONDAY no less!! I had a great energizing breakfast. On top of all of that, it's only 8 AM and I have already drank 4 glasses... Mon, 18 Mar 2013 09:24:50 EST Another good day Today went well. I got my 30 minutes of strength training today. Also got some workout clothes and some more equipment! I went a little over calorie count but that's okay. Things happen. I met all my other goals today. My husband is so supportive. I also realized I like turkey bacon, so I had that for breakfast instead of fattening and unhealthy reg. bacon. Tomorrow I am excited for my day full of different exercises with all my new stuff and DVDs :) <em>244</em> Mon, 11 Mar 2013 00:00:49 EST I feel wonderful I am having a pretty good day. I received my 2 DVDs for ordering The Spark Solution, and will be using it later. I also went for a 2.08 mile walk(with hills), burning 278 calories!! I have really bad ankles since I tore ligaments when I was a little girl so not only am I happy about being able to walk that far without a strain on myself but I walked that far and feel great. Working out is amazing. I joined not to long back and have loved everyday of being here. I have not yet lost any weight ... Sat, 9 Mar 2013 20:25:34 EST Today was meh.... So I think I have come down with the flu. So I haven't been feeling very well today but on the upside, I have order myself a copy of The Spark Solution and my wonderful mother in law bought me a pretty good 4 loop resistance band and a stability ball and workout DVD. I have so much support and love it is just wonderful. Mon, 4 Mar 2013 23:44:13 EST Today was AWESOME!! Well I have been in a great mood all day. I have met almost everyone of my small daily goals. I am under on my calories, and have not been hungry the whole time. I walked a total of a mile today between going to a flea market and two grocery stores(and came out with lots of good for me and healthy foods). I feel fantastic. I'm not too exhausted, and feel so excited that I have had a wonderfully on track day. I feel like new and enjoy it. Getting fit and healthy is the best choice I have made ... Sun, 3 Mar 2013 22:54:20 EST Today was not so great I have not been on a walk today as it was raining <em>27</em> and cold out. <em>42</em> All the while I haven't been counting my calories and drinking sodas :( <em>39</em> Mountain Dew is my biggest soda weakness. On the upside I have been keeping my portions small and have been getting full on smaller portions. <em>48</em> I have also been trying to keep up with the blog which helps me so much. So the week is over, and in just two days I met my weekly goal for exercise minutes and calories burned. I walked 2.15 miles so far today and I'm about to go on another walk (about another mile), to burn some more calories. Still watching my portions as well. It's been a while since I blogged, at one point I was so sick, I was over ate my calories in chicken noodle soup. But I got back on track for a couple days. Now I am on a mini vacation with my family and mom's friends. So I am not entirely able to keep calorie count but I am totally watching the portions.... <BR> I am getting a little more fit as I can walk a mile a bit easier now. Thu, 7 Feb 2013 19:16:01 EST Great Day So today is day 2 of the new me journey. I feel amazing in the fact that I stayed under the max recommended caloric intake. It is a wonderful start on the road to the new me. I have been sick so getting my exercise in is a little difficult but I am staying up with keeping the calories down! Also I have drank 4 glasses of water today. The most I have drank of water in a LONG time. Sat, 12 Jan 2013 01:02:06 EST Brand New I have been wanting to lose weight for a LONG TIME now. It just seemed difficult to track everything and keep it all written down in spirals. But then I found this site. It is so easy to track everything. I have only done it for a day now, but I see myself being able to make progress. Even if I get a little of track this place has everything I need to keep me on track and help me get back on track!!
