I've been busy or lazy! Wednesday I babysat all day and then came home and passed right out. I was so exhausted and now I'm not sure if I could handle being a mother!

My calorie count has been out of whack lately. I get bored here all day and so I think I need to eat. I grab a snack and that turns into two or three. Ay yay yay! So, my weight has been fluctuating between 129.4 and 131. I'm still drinking my BBVI shakes for breakfast and lunch but t... Fri, 11 May 2012 09:57:58 EST Exhausted. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4870385 Ever since Saturday morning I've been absolutely exhausted. All I want to do right now is crawl back in bed and escape to dream land. I think it's because Jake got home at 6am on Saturday and I couldn't get back to sleep after that. It's so weird. You'd think I'd have been able to sleep better with his arms around me... hmmm. Visalus has their version of a 5-hr energy shot... maybe I should try one.

I managed 20 minutes of cardio so far today. I don't want to over do it right now b... I couldn't do it without all of YOUR support and my vi-shape shakes! :D

Tomorrow's my big fundraiser event and I'm really nervous. I hope it all goes well. Jacob won't be there and I'm not exactly the most outgoing person in the world. It's just going to be me. Oh man! Thu, 3 May 2012 16:35:12 EST It's so frustrating!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4862683 It's so frustrating working out for an hour, then going for a 4 mile walk only to discover the scale has gone up the next morning! I stayed under my calorie limit and drank my 8 cups of water. I just don't get it. I guess I gotta push 90 minutes of cardio today! I am not happy.

On a lighter note... my BBVI shakes will be here today! I ran out of them so I haven't been taking them for the past week. Actually, they haven't "mysteriously vanished". I know who took them! My Body by Vi shakes! It only took 10 days and I wasn't really watching what I was eating or working out consistently. Just imagine how much more I could have lost had I been on top of things!

My dog, Axle, contracted Parvo. He's 9 months old and we absolutely cannot afford the $1000+ to hospitalize him. I clocked in at 130.8 today. I don't think I've been lower than 131 since I started this journey! To celebrate I used my last pack of Strawberry Phyto Flavor Mix In's in my Vi-Shake this morning! I've been saving it because I REALLY like the strawberry and am not able to order any more until rent is paid. It tastes kind of like pink cotton candy!

I put in a half hour of cardio. I'll do more once Jacob gets home along with our 3 mile ... Tue, 24 Apr 2012 11:12:26 EST Jump on it! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4847871 Woo. Just blasted through an hour of cardio. I beat Jake's high score on "Party Rock Anthem" and got all 5 stars. I don't think he's going to be too happy when he gets home and will probably challenge me to a dance off! I'm feeling FANTASTIC after that workout! My cat decided to randomly came up and attack my leg before running away in the middle of it, too! Crazy kitty.

The scale still hasn't budged so I'm back to my diet now that I've incorporated Body by Vi Shakes into my meal p... Sun, 22 Apr 2012 20:29:23 EST Still there. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4842749 Still weighing in at 132. It's been that way for the past few days. Yesterday I went for a 3 mile walk with my husband and neighbor. My Body by Vi shakes will be here sometime today so I'm starting myself on the 90-Day Challenge and adding those to my daily diet. Something has to change. I did about 15 minutes of cardio today with the neighbor kid down the street. He started getting frustrated because I kept beating him on the dancing game! haha. I'm walking later with his mama and I'll try t... Thu, 19 Apr 2012 14:35:37 EST Body by Who? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4840082 Alright. Alright. My cousin has been at me for a while to try her "Body by Vi" shakes to help me with my weight loss. Well, I finally tried them and they are absolutely DELICIOUS! So much so, in fact, that I also finally decided to promote the product here in Kentucky. (https://www.facebook.com/BodybyViwithHeat
her) So, we'll see how that goes. I'm going to attempt their 90-Day Challenge and see how much extra weight I can shed. She went down 4 pant sizes in a matter of a few months and ha... Tue, 17 Apr 2012 21:50:41 EST Can today please be over yet? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4837534 No workout yesterday but I stayed under my calorie limit. No blog either because my husband got sent home from work after just an hour of being there due to the high winds. When the winds are blowing too hard they can't run any cranes so there's no point in them being there. He came home and crawled back into bed with me and woke me up. Then, he said he just wanted to relax for the day, so I tried but all he did was assemble his new grill, set up my garden beds, etc. I really appreciate him d... Mon, 16 Apr 2012 11:35:54 EST Oh, you know. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4834594 Down to 131.6 today. I took Wyatt for a walk yesterday while I was babysitting him and let me tell you: pushing a stroller is a heck of a lot harder than walking 2 dogs pulling you in 16 different directions. I only did the short route, but I was winded!

So far today I've already put in 40 minutes of cardio and plan on doing more later with that sexy husband of mine. I'm hoping we get to head to town to go strawberry picking then for a nice walk and picnic by the river. He had to g... Sat, 14 Apr 2012 10:55:56 EST I am capable of anything. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4833046 Only down .2 from yesterday. I did an hour of cardio total, but split it into two sessions and only mastered a 1.5 mile walk with my husband. I also made a pitstop at Starbucks on the way home and indulged myself with a slice of banana walnut bread. I didn't realize until I got home that it was loaded with calories: 490! Today will be better. I promise. I'm just waiting for my body to wake up a lil bit before I shake my butt.

My doctor's appointment yesterday went well, apparently.... Fri, 13 Apr 2012 08:32:29 EST Alright. I've been promising this. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4831660 Before 138 lbs. Now: 131.6 lbs. I know my undergarments don't match each other but I wanted to be wearing the same thing in all of my pictures so you could get a true sense of where the weight has been lost. You can definitely see some weight loss in my face & neck, waist and a little in my thighs. We're getting there! I also couldn't get my scanner to work so I had to take a picture of a picture!

9 Thu, 12 Apr 2012 10:23:39 EST Go! Go! Go! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4831544 I never realized how important my daily walks are to my weight loss efforts until I skipped a day! It was way too cold out yesterday morning to walk the dogs so I suckered myself through almost an hour of cardio. When Jake got home I did another 25ish. I stuck to my diet for the day and I gained half a pound. I'm pretty sure I'm getting ready for "Mother Nature" though so I can blame the gain on water retention because of that.

Today I have 0 energy. I was planning on doing 90 minu... Thu, 12 Apr 2012 09:16:38 EST I really need to celebrate both gains and losses http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4830040 As I told you yesterday the weekend was an absolute nightmare for me, diet wise. Today I'm back at 131.8 (still up .6 from Thursday) and all it took was a 5 mile walk and 90 minutes of intense cardio. My body hurts but my spirits are back up. Only 3.8 pounds to go before I get to have my hubby take me to Nashville, although I'm thinking of going to the Jack Daniels Distillery instead. He might enjoy that, too. :D

I'm trying to find the motivation to take the boys for a walk. It's a... Wed, 11 Apr 2012 09:48:46 EST Not Cool. At All. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4828385 So, that scale is creeping back up. Ever so slowly. Today I'm 133.8. Yesterday I walked almost 5 miles and did a half hour of cardio. I also consumed under my daily caloric intake. So, what's the deal?? I didn't hit my daily water goal so I wonder if that has something to do with it. I guess I'll just have to pump it into overdrive today. Note to self: Heather you're not a fat ass. Get your butt moving. You're never going to get anywhere by feeling sorry for yourself, whining or without a lit... Tue, 10 Apr 2012 09:12:49 EST && They're Off and Running! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4826662 Can I please just erase this weekend from weight loss/gain history? I'm back up to 133.2 so today will be some INTENSE cardio and getting back into my healthy eating habits. Sad thing is if my shoes come today, I have to turn them right over to Jake because I'm back over 133. Not cool. I am feeling extremely disappointed and really fat. There's absolutely no reason why I couldn't have found the willpower to stick to my diet and exercise. Although I am proud of the fact that I was able to walk... Mon, 9 Apr 2012 09:26:05 EST Happy Easter! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4825467 Today's the big feast. Well, little feast for me even though I'm cooking the ham, green bean casserole and rolls. It'll be fun though.

Back up to 132.8. I blame it completely on myself because I consumed over 1400 calories on both Friday and Saturday with little exercise. Next week will be better. Next week HAS to be better.

Well, I have a lot to do today so I'm off to start cooking! Sun, 8 Apr 2012 10:03:14 EST Dang it. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4824346 Up 0.6 lbs from yesterday and I don't have any energy today. I am pretty sure it's because my husband has been home yesterday and today. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE it when he has a day off, but that means I don't get to sprawl out on the entire bed when he leaves for work. Pretty sure that's when I get my deepest sleep. Him being home also means we have to coordinate our schedules. Where I'm used to waking up, eating a small breakfast and suiting up the dogs for a walk, he wants to... Sat, 7 Apr 2012 09:49:30 EST New Shoes and Down 1 Pant Size http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4822944 It never ceases to amaze me the power we as humans have over ourselves and our surroundings. We have every opportunity to be who we want to be and achieve whatever goals we set for ourselves. I am at -7lbs as of this morning! :D That means I only have 13.8lbs before I'm at my goal! 9

Yesterday I bought some new running shoes. Yes, running shoes. I am going to attempt to coordinate that into my walk. Someway. Somehow. I am also happy to announce that I have gone down a pa... Fri, 6 Apr 2012 08:44:53 EST Just wanted to share something real quick in the middle of the day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4821885 So far today I have taken the dogs on a mile and a half walk, done 8/10 of my core strength training exercises and cleared my 7000 sweat point goal for Just Dance 3 in the middle of the week. Then I sat down and cried. I have never had so much energy or been so motivated to accomplish something. I have never felt so beautiful in my life as I do right this second. The best part is, eleven days ago when I started this journey I was ready to call it quits during the first 10 minutes of my cardio... Thu, 5 Apr 2012 13:00:59 EST I surpassed my first reward! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4821540 If you remember, I set up a list of rewards for myself. When I reached certain weights I would reward myself with that item. I am proud to announce that I have officially SURPASSED my first reward by weighing it at 132.2 pounds this morning! My goal was 133 and although my husband told me last week I could order my shoes whenever I wanted, I trooped through it and pushed myself to lose the weight! Honestly, Sparkpeople, I couldn't have done it without you! I have been on SparkPeople for 11 da... Thu, 5 Apr 2012 09:23:38 EST Another day to NOT be lazy http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4819832 Thirty minutes of cardio. That's ALL I did yesterday. I didn't go for my morning walk or my nightime walk with the girls. I feel so absolutely disappointed in myself, it's unbelievable. I even made meatloaf and couldn't resist the urge to eat two servings of it rather than just one. I can officially say I wish I could erase yesterday from history.

I haven't stepped on the scale yet this morning but I'm sure it won't be a pretty sight. I'll bet anything I'm back up to 136 or greate... Wed, 4 Apr 2012 08:29:47 EST My.Body.Hurts. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4818291 Well guys I think I finally hit the part where my body wants to scream at me! Yesterday I started out at 134.6 and I'm now back up to where I was the day before: 135.4. Almost a whole pound difference but I did some killer abdominal exercises yesterday and went for a 2 mile walk which pretty much killed my legs. I'm hoping the weight gain is from my body (finally) building muscle and not because of those Russian Mafia Calories! I'm also wondering if perhaps it's water retention because I cook... Tue, 3 Apr 2012 10:17:50 EST One tiny leap away from my first reward http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4816278 Well, folks. I weighed myself this morning and I am officially at 134.6 which means I only have 1.6 pounds to go before I can order my shoes and reward myself for the first time! I am extremely excited and so proud of myself because I've never been able to stick to anything I've deemed "too difficult". The calorie counter on here is really working wonders for me. I didn't realize exactly how much I was consuming until I started writing it all down! I think I figured out the root of my weight ... Mon, 2 Apr 2012 08:28:29 EST Oh Man. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4814692 Yesterday didn't go nearly as planned and I didn't see a change in the scale at all. I blame that all on myself for not pushing myself as hard as I have for the past few days. I didn't do the hour+ of cardio that I usually do, instead slacking off when I got frustrated with my new dancing game. However, I did manage to take all three dogs for a walk. The bulldog we are babysitting, Lady, couldn't even make it through the 1.26 miles in the sun. She kept trying to pull the leash to go lay in th... Sun, 1 Apr 2012 09:50:27 EST Woo! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4813331 I am so proud of what I accomplished yesterday and the fact that although tiny, I'm already seeing results. I stayed under 1100 calories even though we went to Cracker Barrel for dinner and put in over an hours worth of cardio. I started off yesterday at 137.8 and today I'm down 1.2 pounds. If I keep this up, I could be down to 128 pounds by this time next week. Doable? I think so. Difficult? Definitely. My body is already trying to kick me in the rear end this morning.
Last night my hus... Sat, 31 Mar 2012 09:51:48 EST A New Beginning http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4812512 I'm not exactly sure where my weight gain started. Throughout high school I stayed at a lean 108, never surpassing 110 pounds. During my first marriage we ate out a lot, so perhaps that led to it, but I'm not sure why I didn't notice the increase in pant sizes as I was going along. It's quite a jump from a 00 to a size 5/6 or even 7/8 depending on the brand. Whatever may have caused it has now reached its demise. I can not continue to watch the scale climb. 132... 135... 138... 137. No. That'... Fri, 30 Mar 2012 16:06:49 EST
