Ok, some of you veterans please help me out!

I have been a member of sparkpeople since 09, gave it a good run in 2010 (lost 32#), 2011 - was a waste as far as weight loss goes...started 2012 with only 12# still off that I had lost in 2010.

Ok - so 2012 I was (am) determined not to let another year go by like last year! I am going to make it count and get this weight off and be healthy once and for all! I have been exercising consistently (something totally new to me lol)... Where I could have been if I had continued on my journey rather than getting derailed! AUGH

If you have struggled, but finally "got it" and are back on track...What worked for you!!

I so want to be one of those people that learns to dislike unhealthy food and learn to love/crave exercise! I have lost 3#'s yes!!

I have asked for advise many times and always get great advise. One thing that kept being said was nutrition is 80%, exercise 20%. I could not get that through my head. Not that I was exercising a lot (recovering couch potato) but I thought the weight would just melt off because I was doing something! Well it did at first, but I reached a standstill pretty quick. I was "watching" what I ate, but without tracking,...
