I am now able to leave my thumbprint in my foot for over a minute. I have figured out that it is AT LEAST 7lbs in pure water. I am a true hyperactive. When I cook for the overnight job, I am a zany multi tasker. I do not just cook. I know it has been building because I lost it reading a story on face book about a dog someone got from the shelter and couldn't bond with so opened a letter written by the past owner. Fri, 6 Jan 2012 20:19:20 EST Day 5 doing well Due to chinese for dinner, I am over in fats by 3grams again by just a bit (Saturdays buffet) but I had less food than usual and more fruit and veggies. I did Biggest Loser, strength training for 18 min, and a 10 min circuit training as well. I did Coach Nicoles day 2 once and day 1 video 2x before loosing momentum. I finally got my heart rate up yesterday with the day 1 video. 121 for the entire 22 minutes versus my regular 90. It was a weird feeling. I had the buzzing ears for 10 min...
