I was way to busy and overloaded with work that I could not cook as often. We ate out everyday :( and did not exercise. I cooked dinner last night and that is it. I was working again on Saturday, hoping it is the last one. Everything will over by Feb. 12th. I did not do very well yesterday and ate total junk food as you can see from my tracker. It freaks me out one day to see my weight ~122 and then the next day it is ~120.4. Sun, 27 Jan 2013 20:35:03 EST Day 61 - Jan 25 A good day. I felt great. I checked my weight and it was back to 120.8 - no change in fat%. My blood pressure was really really low - It is always low but this time even after exercise, it was low. My HR was pretty low too after a workout but that is quite normal. I worked on my lower body today and I really feel like I am more toned although it does not show in my weight. I ate very healthy and made a new recipe today. I am not sure that it was low on Sodium though. It was a sponsored SP recipe and fast to make. That was the reason I picked it. I got in a good workout. All in all a good day. But I confused, my weight is up again to 122 - that is higher than it used to be. Very very busy and no time to go for my Yoga class. I was still with my boss at 5:45 pm and today is another late night at work. I hope not all days until February 12th are like this. I just miserably failed today in maintaining my diet. I was at work again today and was so stressed that I just kept eating the Luna Bars and chocolate and then over-ate for dinner as well. I ended up eating Hersheys kisses! :O But then I did control my dinner and had exactly one serving for the vegetable beef soup (Chef Meg's recipe) so I would not exceed my calories. I was at work the whole day and had no time to exercise but I still managed to do it. I told Hubbles about it. We decided it together that we will not bake anymore unhealthy dishes for these 10 days. We have observed that when we let ourselves free during this time - which involves a lot of chocolates, and cakes, and desserts, we find it hard to get back into our routine (we have a BIG sweet tooth). Typically, I find 'Silk' in the grocery store. When I used Fooducate and scanned the bar-code for Silk, it told me that there were healthier versions of soy milk.
