I have to say that it's been extremely challenging. I haven't had much time for myself. Wake up, change baby, feed baby, shower, burp baby, start hair and make up, entertain baby, finish hair and make up, entertain baby some more, put clothes on, give baby a pacifier, prepare diaper bag for sitter, but baby in stroller, take to sitter, go to work. LOL That's the extent of my morning EVERY morning. :) ... Fri, 19 Nov 2010 11:19:13 EST We're on the way... Well...My son will be 7 weeks old tomorrow. I had my final post-natal doctor visit today and have been given full medical clearance. Yay! For me, this not only means that I can finally go back to work, but I can start managing my weight better. <BR> <BR> I'm looking forward to going back to Weight Watchers and plan to do so in the next couple of weeks. I found my WW workout DVD and want to fall in to a schedule/habit of working out in the mornings or evenings. I'm thinking maybe DVD in the... Tue, 16 Nov 2010 21:12:07 EST Ok...This is what happened.... So my last blog was about me falling off the wagon and putting some of my weight back on. Well...There was a reason for it! I found out about 2 weeks after my last post that I was pregnant! Hmmm...That explains the lack of motivation that I had for going to Weight Watchers LOL <BR> <BR> But...I've had the baby and I'm ready to get going again. Not too shabby! Not having too much of a bad week this week either. I stopped my diet when I realized that the grapefruit juice might conflict with some of my medications. I stopped taking the meds and the diet at the same time. However...Last night, I neglected to take out a piece of meat from the freezer to make for lunch today. I figured it wouldn't be too much of a big deal. THE WEEKEND! For some reason, weekends have always been my downfall. During the week I have work to keep me busy and my mind off of stuff. But the weekend...Ugh...Really not that much to do. <BR> <BR> I've done good this week. I haven't had any soda at all. Now...those who know me know that's a HUGE accomplishment for me.
