(How am I doing on all this? well I used to consistently fail with a big fat F, but n... Wed, 21 Dec 2011 22:37:51 EST keep on keepin' on Every day I tell people that they just have to keep doing the right things, make the correct choices day by day and it will pay off in the end. Even if you dont see results, you really dont have a choice 'cause if you keep doin' what you been doin' you're goin' keep gettin' what you've been gettin'. NO WAY is it OK to give up...never ever. I promise myself and my family I will never give up! Sun, 6 Nov 2011 20:59:34 EST back in the saddle again... i never gave up but i did take a break from exercising and gained a few pounds. Then my husband had open heart surgery and i put on a few more pounds. then i had a nervous breakdown (not really) and when i recovered decided it was time to go back at it. so now i have lost 10 pounds again. Thu, 18 Mar 2010 12:20:56 EST completely disgusted and deflated! i have only lost 5 pounds in the last year in spite of only eating 1200-1500 calories for 6 months and then incresaing to 1500-1800 the last 6 months thinking that maybe i was undereating but no more weight loss (sigh) i am 5 foot 9 inches tall so less than that would be too few calories. i also was exercising 7 days a week for 1 hr so i cut that down to 5 days then 3 days then i got a personal trainer 2 days a week in addition to cardio. and i didnt lose or gain weight so now i am taking a c... BUT i am NOT the same person that I was in 2007! NOOOOO! i am healthier and happier by far. i can RUN now; still not much, but i could barely walk 1/2 mile back then! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BE THAT PERSON AGAIN!. so i can say with all confidence that i am a new... Sat, 21 Mar 2009 11:15:05 EST go team go.....go me go! Mon, 29 Dec 2008 12:33:06 EST May 1, 2008 well, it's almost May now. The last 4 months have been tough, but I am back on track with my exercise. All the new hip and back pain is resolved. The nutrition stuff is going well; I'm still sticking with the 1200-1500 calorie recomendations from SP, but I'm on a plateau with the actual weight loss. I'm stuck! Hopefully, I am changing some of my fat into muscle which may be the case becasue my clothes are fitting differently and people swear I'm still losing weight. It feels good to have pe...
