It was awesome. I bought my splurge lunch (vegetarian, not vegan)...a Portabello Mushroom melt...and a cup of iced coffee. I took it over to the park that looks out over the beach. It was perfect weather; in the 70's, with a nice breeze. Today it is incredibly warm and humid here. The heat index is 102...it's muggy and uncomfortable. A few years ago, I would have been essentially down for the count. I would go out only to get to work. But here I am again! I did reach my WW goal of 127 lbs. in March. I've been stuck at 124 to 126 lbs. I would really love to get down to 120 lbs. but I don't know if I can. <BR> <BR> What do I do? I'm trying out the SparkCoach Plateau Busting program. <BR> <BR> A little background...I'm 4'11" tall. In January, 2010 I weighed over 200 lbs. I also smoked 3/4 of a pack of cigarettes a day. I had a torn miniscus in my knee, and I was pre-diabetic. I couldn't climb a flight of stairs. It was hard to walk the two or three blocks to the bus stop in the morning and back home in the evening.
