Some I have been on track while others have been hard to do. So, here's the update: <BR> <BR> 1) Do some strength training 3x a day. (Still slacking on this one. With focusing on school, I'm lucky to even get any exercise in. Will have to work on this goal.) <BR> <BR> 2) Workout/cardio 30 min/day EVERYDAY!!! I have not been weighed since July which is when I had my checkup. I went to Target and finally got a scale. I stepped on the scale and it said 150!!! <em>104</em> <BR> <BR> I still have a long way to go, but to know that I am on my way is a wonderful feeling. With the issue of needing money to get my car out, money to pay bills, etc.., I got sick to my stomach. I thought that I was not going to make it to work, but I felt better by 3pm. The only exercise that I did was to walk to the bus stop and the quick walk to work, which was 15 minutes total.
