I did everything I've been doing the last couple weeks where I've lost 2 lbs a week, I even made my own "last chance workout" on saturday and biked for an hour and a half and walked/jogged for a half hour on top of it. Wed, 6 Feb 2013 03:06:24 EST Winter Flu I've been sick for 2 weeks now. The first week I had strep throat and then over last weekend it became the flu that's been going around. I've been coughing and achy all this last week. I haven't worked out since last Saturday aside from a few short walks this week. I've tried to stay on top of healthy eating but it's hard when you're laying at home all day resting. I've definitely fallen off the horse these last 2 weeks and let sickness be an excuse. Even though they aren't all necessarily old. For the past couple years I've always only tried on 3X's or 2X's depending on the style. My go to style has been oversized "flowy" shirts with leggings or jeans, they hide my tummy well.
