No. But by and large did I track all my meals and snacks? Yes. There were one or two little things here and there that I forgot, but that doesn't mean I'm throwing in the towel. I just have to try harder this week! <BR> <BR> Despite not being perfect on tracking all my food and only hitting the gym once post-NYE I still managed to lose 3 pounds. :) That's encouraging. Just think of how much I can start to lose if I go 3 times per week and really stick...
