So I stop everthing, even a 10 walk was painfull. I finally had steroid shot. That help but my doctor told me that I will have to avoid all my usual workout for 1 year (running, HIIT, straingt training, etc.).

«Biking and swimming should be fine° he told me...

The reason why I did great with my previous workout it's because I did everything at home. Wed, 22 Jan 2014 08:36:27 EST wine... oh why?!?! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5231911 I'll be totally honnest with you: my biggest problem in all that journey, it's wine. I can be the most dedicated person for the fitness part of my weight loss, I can track everything, make wise choise 95% of the time, I'm not tempted by fast-food or sugar dessert... but I can't say no to a glass of wine.

Don't get me wrong, I don't drink all the time. Usually I have some friday night with my husband when the kids are in bed, sometimes saturday night too. It's ok to have a drink, bu... Thu, 31 Jan 2013 15:25:17 EST Training with the menstrual cycle http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5222869 Since I stop bresfeeding in september, my weight loss is very slow. I understand that is probably has something to do with my hormones. I know that my hormones are probably unbalanced since I have all kind of symptoms related to that since septembre. I took a appointment with my naturopath on february 6. I will see if someting can be done to regular my hormones. But I keep question me about weight loss and menstrual hormones... I realize that I only really lose weight after ovulating witch is... I have around 110 pounds to lose and I feel like since september 2011 I'm just thinking about that: losing weight... In fact, I'm thinking about that since 2007 (ex cept during my two pregnency). I saw every where people who lose 100 pounds in one year, in ten months, etc. How I'm not like them???? Even my husband lose 60 pounds in the last 5 months... he was motivated by me he said...

Then I decided to login on spark... last blog ... Wed, 9 Jan 2013 13:02:22 EST Chalean extreme push month DONE! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4988433 Yes! I finished the second month today! So happy! I really enjoy that program, even if the results are not exactly what I expected at first... I was on the impression that I will lose more weight with that program, and I'm at -8pounds after two months. I only lose a inch everywhere too, but I'm stronger for sure and I see muscles in my arms and feel it in my legs! That's a good thing!

I don't enjoy the cardio part of that program so much, but I have to work that... So every time ... I gained... yes I gained 0.6lbs... I really hit a plateau till 2 months and no matter what I can't go bellow 206lbs (now I am at 208). The month of May doesn't really count because I had a surgery and I had to take the month off. The only good thing there is that I didn't really gain during that month.
Now June arrived, I had the "ok" from the doctor to start fitness program...
I started C25K and Chalean Extreme. Everyth... I'm doing pretty well, I love it, I eat well and I don't feel deprived. Last month I decide to add exercices to my program, I walked for a month and after decided to add Chalean Extreme witch I love! I did it for a little bit more than one week, feeling better and better after each session.
THEN, I had a very bad gallbladder attack (I wrote a blog about it). I decided to continue my Chalean Extreme after that since it was the fir... That was my reaction after the doctor told me that I have to have a surgery to remove my gallbladder. Kind of bizzare reaction, no? I suffer from severes abdominals pains since my second boy birth in last september. I dind't know what it is. I saw my doctor after my first "attack" and all my blood tests come back normal. My doctor told me that I probably have gastric reflux and advice me to take zantac.Unfortunately , zantac didn't work and I continue to have that kind of attacks like 2... Mon, 2 Apr 2012 12:58:24 EST
