I wasnt as prepared - end up doing more jogging/walk than running. Finished 148 place among 335 contestants with 35:33 record time. Finished 89 in female division and 14 in age division. After completed my very first 5k last Saturday, I am doing another 5K walk/run soon. This week in I mixed and match some of my schedules classes at the gym with walking/jogging around the neighborhood for 5K.
