When I saw my doctor she had me get an x-ray of my back. There was no signs of a new trauma. So, I'm not sure what I did to my back. I think I herniated a disc but without getting a CT scan or MRI of my back I don't know. I opted to not get either because there really isn't anything they can do except give you pain medication.
