I don't know why I was worrying as I have just made some good choices and when there were not any just limited the portion size. I have also discovered a great drink. At Coles they sell Bickfords lime cordial (the brand they use in bars) in a diet version and I mix it with soda water and ice cubes it is great and very light on calories....
