CASTIRONLADY's SparkPeople Blog CASTIRONLADY's Blog on SparkPeople, home of free diet plans and a healthy living community Woohoo! I became willing to weigh today.... I weighed for the first time since last November and things are OK. Meaning I only gained 7 lbs instead of 50 - for that I am thankful. I am also grateful that I became willing to exercise again. What is a silly 30 minutes a day and why is it so hard to get over the hump to start again?
Now that is a million dollar question you won't hear on a quiz show - because each person's reason is theirs alone.

Arise, for it is your task, and we are with you; be strong and do it.
