He bought a set of inexpensive of measuring cups and spoons. There are many foods that I eat often and that I always use the same amount. For instance, my oatmeal box now has a 1/2 measure in it. My ground flax seed jar has a tablespoon in it. My yogurt has 1/4 c. measure in it. Get the idea? He indicated all of the minor side effects I was having from weaning off my anti-depressant (took one every other day for two weeks, took last one 10 days ago) are usual and should all disappear over the next 7 - 10 days...EXCEPT the tears.
