I bought Debbie Rocker's AM and PM Walking DVD, and did the AM portion. I really enjoyed Debbie's encouraging style, and it was a quick but effective workout. I worked up a good sweat in the 30 minutes it took to do this DVD. I'll be looking for more of her workouts. A little different from the Leslie Sansone DVDs I've been using, but change is good!
