As a result, I ended up eating too much fat for lunch yesterday when I split a cheeseburger and fries with my husband. It was entirely my fault since I wanted beef for lunch and suggested burgers. But then it was hard to exercise later in the day. So today I did my stationary bike first thing and it was so much easier than I expected, and I still got the unpleasant work done.
