It's called the Cross-trails and it runs along the base of the mountains here on the island. Several spots on the trail are quite a climb but the view is rewarding [Pacific Ocean and the islands]. I went on the hike yesterday with our two youngest kids [ages 14 and 9]. I walked and they biked. However, I think I'm going to talk with the doctor about them. Because the last two nights my head hits the pillow and bam ! I'm out like a light. Feeling really run down.

Anyway...the sky cleared up for the day. Beautiful day here. This is our deck view (that is Mt. Edgecumbe -... Sat, 13 Apr 2013 00:31:38 EST
