Yikes! I've been doing more workouts and walking but still not cutting back every day on my calorie consumption. I feel stronger since I've been doing my workout dvd so that's a good thing. I'm not as uptight about the exact number of calories I eat anymore. I'd still like to lose a few more pounds but I had to stop depriving myself of food cuz I was getting really hungry. I'm learning to remember to drink my four water bottles everyday and see how many days I can maintain the streak. Drinking water helps burn calories.
