The eating plans and patterns that I have practiced here are helping with getting him back on track now. Might even get me back on track!!! Since I've started, I've lost 20 pounds and kept it off ... but haven't been following a program since September. Actually I'm good with not having gained the weight back. It was delish ... and not as bad for my diet as I would have thought. It rained a bit which was awesome ... and had the slow cooker pulled pork for dinner. As long as I'm prepared, I can eat right!
